Yeung Ying Hon, Ronald

2006年加入香港單車隊，成為公路賽隊伍重要一員，2013年退役。

早於2009年，楊英瀚代表香港出戰東亞運動會，在個人公路賽奪得銀牌；同時，在名將黃金寶率領下出戰團體計時賽，亦贏得銅牌，於東亞運動會獲得兩面獎牌，成績亮麗。

翌年2010年，出戰環韓國多日錦標賽，勇奪人生首個公路多日賽分站冠軍，擁有最高榮譽黃色戰衣達6天之久，成為一時佳話。同年底，再代表香港參加亞洲運動會，夥拍隊友出戰團體追逐賽，奪得銀牌。楊英瀚於2013年離開香港隊，仍維持自我訓練，保持最佳狀態，目標放在不同國際大型賽事。

2015年，楊英瀚隻身出戰荷蘭地方賽事，勇奪亞軍，是10年來，首位登上荷蘭賽事頒獎台的香港人。2016年，他獲法國洲際職業車隊邀請加盟，惜後期因腳傷未能續留，期後轉投中國頂級車隊智美-恒翔洲際車隊，出戰多項國際賽事，表現出眾。

2014年至2017年，楊以個人身份，加入亞洲洲際車隊成為合約職業車手，先後效力新加坡、泰國、中國台灣、內地車隊，屢創佳績，其中2014年在非洲阿爾及利亞贏得首賽段冠軍，穿上黃色戰衣，成為首位華人贏得非洲賽事。

至於其他重要戰績，分別為2014年底，楊英瀚勇闖台灣武嶺，挑戰世界十大難度最高之賽道，出戰台灣KOM登山王大賽奪得亞軍，衝上個人單車事業另一高峰；2016年，再戰台灣玉山塔塔加爬山賽，勇奪冠軍。

而在不同的中國大型國際賽，楊英瀚亦有出色表現，包括中國環太湖賽奪大中華總成績第2名、中國環福州爬山賽總排名第3名、中國環鄱陽湖賽賽段冠軍及大中華總成績第1名、中國環福州賽總排名第2名等等。

In 2006, he joined Hong Kong National Team and became an important member of the road cycling team, he left the Team in 2013.

As early in 2009, Ronald representing Hong Kong at the East Asian Games, won the silver medal in individual road race. In the meantime, he played bronze medal in the team time trial under the leadership of star Wong Kam Po. Ronald got such a brilliant result to win two medals in East Asian Games.

Next year in 2010, Ronald played in the Tour de Korea Stage race Championships, won the first road race champion in life, with the highest honor yellow jersey up to 6 days. At the end of the same year, he represented Hong Kong to participate in the Asian Games, won the silver medal in team pursuit matches. Ronald left Hong Kong Team in 2013, still maintain in the best condition, his goal is placed on different international cycling matches.

In 2015, Ronald played the Omloop van Bedum in Holland, in a result of 1st runner-up, who is the first and ever Chinese cyclist to stand on a Holland race medal presentation stage in 10 years. In 2016, he was invited to join the French Intercontinental Pro Team, however, he was unable to renew contract due to his foot injury. After that, Ronald joined China Wisdom-Hangxiang cycling team, one of the top team in China, Ronald keep performing well in a number of international cycling competitions.

From 2014 to 2017, Ronald joined Asia Intercontinental Team as a contract professional cyclist by his own efforts, he has made great achievements in the Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Mainland China Teams. In 2014, Ronald won the Africa Tour Race in Algeria, becoming the first Chinese cyclist to win yellow jersey in an Africa race.

As for the other important records, in 2014, Ronald challenged in the World's top ten most challenging track, played in Taiwan KOM Challenge (Wuling), won the 1st runner-up, which pushed him to another peak of his individual cycling career. In 2016, Ronald won the Champion in Taiwan Tataja Climb Race.

In different major China competitions, Ronald also performed well, including Tour of Taihu Lake, he won the 2nd place among Greater China cyclist; Tour of Fuzhou KOM finished the 3rd; Champion of Tour of Poyang Lake, and the winner of Greater China.
